About OutGen
OutGen was created to help roofing and plumbing businesses stop losing opportunities because of missed calls and inconsistent follow-up.
FOUNDER OF OUTGEN

Hey, I'm Jack Zollett, founder of OutGen, where I help roofing and plumbing business owners stop losing jobs to missed calls and slow follow-up.
I designed this system because I was sick and tired of watching local businesses lose easy jobs to their competitors just because they weren't able to get to the phone fast enough.
I grew up with family members in these types of business. Roofing, plumbing, trades. And they weren't doing as well as they should've been because of slow pickup and follow ups. They relied mostly on word of mouth and organic traffic and it wasn't working as well as it could've.
Good businesses. Honest work. But calls would come in while they were on a job, and by the time anyone got back to the homeowner, the job was already gone.
Before OutGen, I'm a welder, and I ran my family's veterinary clinic for years. That hands-on experience taught me exactly how fast opportunities disappear when the phone doesn't get answered.
That's why I built the 60 Second Pipeline, a done-for-you system that responds to missed calls and follows up automatically, so good businesses stop losing jobs they already earned.
How OutGen is built to work for roofing and plumbing business owners.
No theory. The 60 Second Pipeline is built to fix one specific problem: missed calls and slow follow-up turning into lost jobs.
Speed is the whole point. The system is designed to respond to a missed call in under 90 seconds, before the homeowner dials someone else.
It runs in the background while you're on the tools. No manual chasing, no leads sitting forgotten until the end of the day.
OutGen is run by Jack. When you work with OutGen, you work directly with the person who built the system, not a ticket queue or a rotating account manager.
